You've done it. It's time for procurement and to pull the curtain back on the numbers. We're down to the nitty gritty! Just go over the pricing and ask an open-ended question.. then listen... Not quite! The proposal phase should continue to integrate their problems that got you here in the first place, the business outcomes you're solving for, and why you're making the recommendations they're seeing today. I'd encourage you to think outside of the box of just your standard order form or slide grid. It can be like pulling teeth to get the entire evaluation team + signer on the same call. Why not incorporate a personalized video walking through the complex parts of the proposal and your deliverables. Modernizing the post-convo touch incorporates knowing what's happening when you're not in the room. Analytics tools provide insights into how recipients interact with the document. Need to pivot the options? Refine and tailor the follow-up communications based on client engagement. What best practices are you using to personalize this stage of the sales cycle?
