October marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to acknowledge the contributions of individuals with disabilities and address the persistent need for inclusive, equitable employment practices. This year’s theme, “Access to Good Jobs for All,” prompts us to critically reflect on progress toward workplace inclusion and the structural barriers that continue to impact workers with disabilities.
