The customers of Ganter speak a clear language, in 2024 we awarded the grade 1.5 for best service quality and customer service! The survey of TÜV Saarland is conducted every two years. This meeting provided a platform for in-depth communication and sharing for the internal team. Quality is a nice word that we all sometimes use lightly, but it takes some serious assessment to put it into practice and prove it to the world. ISO certification is a testimony to the way we do things. Facts, not just words, as they say. And it's been that way since 2000, 24 years ago we started to check our own processes and we haven't stopped since.
