The grounds of the Fritz-Walter football stadium provide a dramatic backdrop for this week’s ISOA European Industry Days. The competition for business in the European theater may even be greater than that on the field (The Red Devils are currently 17th out of 18 teams in the Bundesliga 2).   These events highlight the importance of partnership between government and industry, and more broadly within industry itself, but make no mistake… folks are here looking for a leg up.   Representatives from the 409th contracting command mentioned LOGCAP V (now entering the first option period) and DLITE II, but it’s worth noting the dollars also flowing through EAGLE, CHESS and WEXMAC 2.0.   APS-2 was briefly mentioned on Day 2, but only with regards to the facilities themselves. There is already significant pre-mobilization taking place around those requirements as the industry waits on the award (another effort Precision has been supporting).   The need for industry support in EUCOM is higher than it’s been in 20 years and the need for talent follows. Precision has significant past performance supporting various primes in theater with technical talent and will continue to.   But if your company has yet to find the right strategy to bring in work, as a prime or a sub, then we would be happy to help identify the right talent to help you win. We want to see your company put one in the back of the net.
