Position: Accountant Location: Jeddah Type: Full Time Send your CV to career@gulfmedical.com in the email subject as (Accountant-Jeddah) Responsibilities: -General payments, Asset Recording & payments. -Sales activity expense payments & reports. -Vendor invoice recording, payment processing, reconciliation, correspondences. -Import LC processing, Issuance & payment scheduling. -Debit notes preparing, sending & follow up. -Reporting of Accounts payable -VAT taxation knowledge -All branch petty cash recording, verification & process reimbursement -Business travel & training expense payments, Jawazat & Bill payments -Recording of customer & misc. receipts -Collection of cheques & depositing in banks. -Revising & Reviewing new customers -Export Letter of credit -Accounts receivable Report. -Customer correspondences Required: -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, finance related fields -SOCPA Certification/ registration -Minimum: 3 years of accounting experience in related financial positions -Good communication, presentation & reporting skills -Arabic/English language fluency is a must. -LSE, CMA, CPA Certifications are preferred.
