Somebody's privacy to subject perspective from an architecture point of view as far as privacy goes, see chief architect cup point of view need is a user experience. You also might have stayed in a flat some sometime back. So what is a flat Flat is a single plate where everything is laid in one level. Your kitchen, your bedrooms, everything is on one level. So imagine guests coming in No, you don't have privacy in your room right? You need to maybe close the door. So with Gulmohar, what is the. Thing we have put it up into levels. Now this is your public space. The ground floor consists of the living dining, the kitchen and the small bedroom for the elderly parents connected to the garden. Now you come on top and that's the total private area. The guests don't have access unless you allow them access. So now in the first row you have two bedrooms and then on top you have your theater and your private lounge. Now what this did this created a level now a barrier. So everything is segregated and carefully planned So in this terms if you compare a flat, it's not a fair. Comparison at all from a buyers perspective. From a user's perspective it makes more sense. So that is the best part about a do play or a, you know, a bungalow compared to a flat.
