1,500 tph SINGLE LINE Aggregate Crushing & Screening Plant -Adelchi Balsarin. Series of short Videos taken over a few years showing the Feed from the Quarry to the Hopper of the Metso C160 Primary Jaw Crusher. The Crusher is set at 6-3/4" to 7" CSS (170 mm to 180 mm) resulting in a throughput of 590 to 610 tph. This plant achieved a peak throughput capacity of 1,800 tph, thanks to the SEPARATION CAPABILITY of the Vibrating Feeder Grizzly COMBINED to the correct Fragmentation of the feedstock. It is way cheaper to break rocks with Explosives than using Mechanical Means , namely Crushers. With about 170 Hours/Month Operation, as long as the feedstock' fragmentation is as intended, total throughput of 225,000 tpm is a jiff!!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗛-𝗘 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? H-E Parts provided crusher liners for an Allis Chalmers 60x89 gyratory crusher at a major iron ore mine in Western Australia. The mine faced challenges with sticky feed, which significantly reduced throughput and liner life. H-E Parts Crushing Solutions addressed these issues by developing a high-flow liner chamber and enhancing material composition. The results were remarkable: ✓ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄: The chamber angle was optimized to reduce blockages caused by sticky ore. ✓ 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵: This helped distribute the crushing zone more effectively. ✓ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: Designed to provide optimal nip angles throughout the chamber. ✓ 𝗨𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Using the MnElite grade for better durability. ✓ 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Corrugation was added to increase throughput and reduce power draw. ✓ 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲: Liner life improved from 32 million tons to 79.5 million tons, a 148% increase! https://bit.ly/3CzKkKT #HEPIDifference #customengineering #crushing #miningexcellence
