Drupa 2024 - 11 days or shorter As an exhibitor at Drupa, I am truly grateful for the good orders and prospects we received during the 11-day exhibition. It was a great opportunity to showcase our products and connect with potential clients. However, I couldn't help but feel exhausted after such a long event. Eleven days is too long for an exhibition. By the end, I was physically and mentally drained, and I knew I wasn't the only one feeling this way. Reducing the event to 5 or 6 days would make it more manageable for exhibitors and attendees. Shortening the event would not only make it more efficient and effective, but it would also ensure that both exhibitors and attendees get the most out of it without burning out. What do you think about this? Should Drupa consider reducing the length of the exhibition? Let's start a conversation about this! #Drupa #exhibition
I wouldn’t of achieved everything in one week, impossible with that number of attendees to our various stands. I too arrived home shattered but pleased the show was the length it was. Now in my 6 country since the end of the show, as sales people we must just get on with it!
I think one week monday to friday is a great idea, I would go for longer myself as two days was not long enough but really can imagine how tired people doing it over 11 days must be.
And make a massive cost saving for exhibitors

8moHi Guri, I totally agree with you, 11 days is too long but I also agree with Mike that 5-6 days is too less. I guess 8 days long Drupa at every 3 years interval may be the right solution. Interpack and K are already every 3 years so Drupa should also change to this 3 year interval making sure that none of these big budget exhibitions (from a similar industry) fall in the same year.
