Here's an example of an OEM not just sitting on their bums and wondering what they can do about the new challenges, but actually reinventing themselves in the eyes of the customer. Well done Ford New Zealand! #automotiveindustry #automotivesales #customerservice

One decision can make a significant impact in the long run. Looking back to 2014 when I bought a luxury car, the quick decision seemed promising. However, the Jaguar XF I purchased for 55 lacs drastically depreciated to 10 lacs in 2024, totaling an outflow of around 70 lacs with all costs considered. Reflecting on the opportunity cost, if I had invested the same 55 lacs in Tata Motors back in 2014, it would have grown to around 1.1 Crore by 2024, despite the challenges faced during Covid-19. For those considering luxury purchases early in their careers, my advice is to prioritize investments in profitable ventures before indulging in luxuries. Building a substantial corpus through smart investments can later accommodate luxury spending without significantly denting your wealth. Invest wisely, think long-term, and let your money work for you. #Investments #FinancialPlanning #WealthManagement

In a historic move that marked the beginning of its journey towards becoming a global automotive powerhouse, General Motors initiated its first export operations on December 20, 1918. This pivotal event saw the company shipping its vehicles to several countries, laying down the foundation for its international presence. The decision to venture beyond the United States was driven by GM's ambition to tap into new markets and cater to the growing demand for automobiles worldwide. This move not only showcased GM's pioneering spirit but also underscored its commitment to innovation and global expansion. Over the years, this initial step has enabled General Motors to establish a significant footprint across various continents, adapting to local markets while influencing the global automotive industry. #milestonesinhistory #automotivehistory #GlobalExpansion #PioneeringSpirit #HistoricMove #GMInternational #InnovationLegacy #MarketTrailblazer

Yeah, that is not my Rolls-Royce but, the things that make Rolls-Royce stand out in the luxury sector of cars is quite an interesting approach to a business that generally , we do not see it very often in the upcoming businesses. Market share of Rolls Royce in volume terms in Europe -----> very very very low in comparison to toyota, Kia , Mercedes ( mass consumer car sellers) Market share of Rolls Royce in value terms in Europe ----> Very high Rolls Royce have their own exhibitions. And they don't put their models with cars in ads or videos, but rather with Planes and luxury jets. Fun fact - they also manufacture aircraft engines for privates jets etc. People keep on running about product market fit. But sometimes, it is just about creating something which people are willing to pay any cost. It's not necessary for your product to be mass appealing. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Can you identify the model?
