Sharing more sections of my conversation with my Lion Pride mate Tara LaFon Gooch, MBA, CVP 🎤 regarding the concept of winning together as part The Lion Attitude in the AEC field. Relationships built with Lion mindset are founded on long term bonds based on action and connection. Lion Prides have been doing this in the wild for 10,000 years which is why they have thrived so long and last for many generations as an apex predator. Outer Leadership based on The Lion Attitude for the AEC field focused on making sure relationships with others are built based on community (connection) and partnership (action and results) together. It's something I am proud to say to that are in my Lion Pride every single time this phrase: Lion Pride Mate & Partner 4 Life 🦁 🤗 ❤️ ! Every relationship I have and would ever build will always been based on deep caring connection of people but also based on delivering results and value at the same time. This is the lifeblood of leadership in the AEC field being able to do BOTH at the same time!

The Man in the Mirror: In the face of recent black swan events, it's time to reflect and take action to get your dealership(s) back on track. Consider these key questions to ensure your business is not just surviving but thriving: What Are You Doing That Is World-Class? Set yourself apart from your competition What Differentiates You? Distinguish your dealership by offering unparalleled customer experiences and innovative solutions. Are You Training, and If So, What Are You Training? Equip your team with the skills and knowledge to excel. Are You Holding Your Team Accountable? Established clear expectations and regularly assess performance. What Are the Repercussions?
