Hello! My name is Yuriy, I'm frontend techlead (Angular) at Edetek. Periodically, I conduct interviews with UI engineers. Besides me, my team has three Senior UI engineers. We are seeking for Seniors either. At a certain point, I decided to start the interview with a clear explanation: why we are specifically seeking highly skilled guys. Because our project is complex enough. I feel that, I know that, I've been improving this project for five years. A new employee has to figure out the current multiple independent business logics, and on top of that, start implementing new things.   And there are things I expose them at the interview beginning: - the project has 181 services (*.service.ts) - the amount of "root" services - 75 - the project has 576 components (*.component.ts) Remember those people (they still exist!), who write in their CV how many rows of code they have written? Sounds similar. But, I still think it's different and gives at least something in order to understand the complexity. How would you explain the complexity of your current project?
