Dudhsagar is a paradise for adventurous travelers. Missing the sight of this magnificent waterfall would be a significant loss. Dudhsagar is not just a stunning waterfall; the thrill of trekking and the jeep ride to it completes the adventure. Located on the Mandovi River, Dudhsagar Waterfall cascades from a height of 1017 feet, making it one of the tallest waterfalls in India. Although it reaches its peak beauty during the rainy season, access is restricted during this time due to safety concerns with the Madgaon-Belgaum railway that passes by the waterfall. However, traveling along this route offers a spectacular view of Dudhsagar. Nestled near the Idathurna forest, the scenery becomes even more enchanting. The sight of a train passing by the overflowing Dudhsagar during the monsoon is breathtaking.
