Founder and CEO of Granite Telecommunications, Rob Hale took to the stage and gave an inspiring keynote address at the annual Sandler Partners Summit in Huntington Beach, California. Throughout the keynote, Rob shared four very important lessons learned, to the captive audience of 1300+ attendees. Rob's four lessons learned: 1. Don't fear failure. You may fail, but you will not succeed if that fear stops you from trying. 2. Stick to your knitting | find what you're good at and stick with it. Granite's "knitting" is getting and keeping customers. 3. Integrity matters! "It's better to succeed in failure than to succeed in fraud" 4. To grow your business, listen to your customers. This lesson is the foundation Granite was built on, by listening to a customer the aggregation model of Granite was created and we continue to create solutions that derive from listening to the needs of our customers.
