I'm happy to join this platform and learn with them. This certification from HELBING ENGLISH WEBINARS by Amir Hamidi talked about transforming classrooms with PBL. During the meeting, he mentioned several terms that are very important in teaching domains: Project-Based Learning, Sustainable Development Goals into PBL segments, and TBL. Both PBL and TBL emphasize active learning and collaboration, PBL revolves around problem-solving and real-world scenarios, whereas TBL is a structured approach to small-group learning with specific components like RAT(Readiness Assurance Testing) and team application exercises. Each approach has its strengths and can be beneficial in different educational contexts and for achieving various learning objectives. We discovered the qualities of a good project because a project is not a 60-minute task that should be completed before the ring bells, a project must allow students to develop various skills( Reading, Writing, Listening, Creativity, Collaboration, etc). How to encourage learner participation in PBL lessons by listening well, avoiding echoing, avoiding insincere praise, etc., and Asking well. Do you ever think about how your learners feel in your classroom? Have you every asked them? Or perhaps they've told you? Creating a safe space for young, teen and adult learners is a key part of making your classroom a positive learning environment. Here are some thoughts on how we can create a safe space for our students: ➡️ using small words of encouragement, which are positively reinforcing the learning process can help motivate learners ➡️ when our learners tell us something and we remember what they've said, that shows them we care about them, this helps them feel like they belong and will encourage them to take part in class activities ➡️ setting rules with the students is essential at the beginning of every course and each school year, allowing your pupils to be part of establishing the rules, gives them a sense of responsibility and will help them keep the rules, which in turn enhances the safe space ➡️ making sure everyone is part of the class and is fully included in all activities shows the students they're all important ➡️ respect goes both ways; if you want the students to respect you, you also have to respect them.
