The legal framework of arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has evolved considerably over the past decade, particularly with the establishment of the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration in 2014, and the latest arbitration law that closely aligns with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration.
