Maal Hijrah, the Islamic New Year, a time of reflection and renewal. Maal Hijrah commemorates the migration (Hijrah) of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) from Mecca to Medina, a pivotal event that symbolizes a fresh start, resilience, and unwavering faith. As we honor this significant occasion, we draw important lessons from the history of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): 1. Embrace Change: The Hijrah was a journey towards a new beginning. It teaches us to embrace change and seek opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally. 2. Resilience in Adversity: The challenges faced during the Hijrah underscore the importance of resilience. In our careers and lives, perseverance in the face of obstacles is key to achieving our goals. 3. Community and Support: The support and unity of the Ansar (residents of Medina) highlight the power of community. Building strong, supportive networks is essential for both personal and organizational success. 4. Vision and Leadership: The strategic foresight of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) during the Hijrah exemplifies visionary leadership. Great leaders inspire, guide, and lead by example, steering their teams towards a shared vision. Thus, as we step into this new year, let's carry forward these lessons, fostering a culture of adaptability, resilience, and community. May Maal Hijrah bring peace, prosperity, and positive change to all. #MaalHijrah #Resilience #Leadership #Community #IslamicNewYear Nonie Harun

Respected Honourable Prime Minister, India. Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Sub : TVS Group employees 384 + 10 crores ( worker converted to management staff) cheating. Saying Philanthropist ! In association with AIM for seva Trust. What is the use by sending employees out of company and donating for philanthropy ??? https://lnkd.in/gu-e4Y9Y. It would be greatly beneficial to address the need for improved employment and job security for private sector employees in India. Many individuals in the private sector face challenges, including issues with job stability and protection from unfair practices. For instance, a private sector employee was reportedly cheated out of ₹56 lakhs by a reputed south indian traditional 100 year company (TVS Group ) from Chennai,( Mannur Plant & Oragadam Plant) Tamilnadu in year 2018 by just sending employee out after extracting 28 years of work from age 21 ( spoiling their career by recruiting 10+2 , HSC candidates , without going college they all joined company), with no recourse due to limited labor law protections. As a result, his family, including dependent daughters, Sisters are suffering. Unfortunately, without sufficient funds, it is difficult for employees to fight such injustices. Refer my featured posts in my profile. Total employee cheating by converting worker to management staff Rs.1120 lakhs Appx, due to Corona stopped further sending out. All +2 workers are sent out in VRS with low amount, around 200 employees for each there is 25 years service more. Totally 374 crores profit by sending them out. They have 25 companies why don't tranfer there. Because they don't want union. They want to fire employee anytime. Currently, private companies have the discretion to hire and fire employees at will, which often places workers in a vulnerable position. This stands in contrast to the protections and privileges extended to government employees. I humbly urge you to consider this issue and explore possible reforms to ensure fair treatment and security for private sector employees and get back cheated amount ₹56 lakhs from reputed south Indian Tamilnadu employer. employer and justice for others too. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Jai Hind Vade Mataram Indian Employee voice Chennai Tamilnadu India

Appreciate his words...Enough of drama...PM...BJP leadership...INDIA. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳⚖️👨⚖️👩⚖️⚖️ The more he continues as PM the more damage to the constitution and the citizens of this country... We have better leadership lined up...The PM can proceed to the Himalayas to wash his sins or seek hermitage. Not a political post... Knowledge Seeks Knowledge...

3moif ideally speaking this is the point where he mis-interpret preaching of Quran( Allah ) This poetry is taken from sora-Muhammad(Para-26/Chapter-47/verse-2) where Allah clearly telling about sign of sucessfull people that are the one Who believe on book (Quran) which is being revealed on Muhammad (Loyal/Praise Allah almighty only) not him, which is just one of explaniation of First verse of Quran in sora-Fatia which core idea is if there is an entity Who deserve to be praised in every scenario (to be fallowed what he says) in this universe then he must have the ability to be True Ruler of the Universe and that entity is only Allah, So verse says All kind of admiration belongs to Allah who is Rab-ul-Alameen)
