It would be greatly beneficial to address the need for improved employment and job security for private sector employees in India. Many individuals in the private sector face challenges, including issues with job stability and protection from unfair practices. For instance, a private sector employee was reportedly cheated out of ₹56 lakhs by a reputed south indian traditional 100 year company (TVS Group ) from Chennai,( Mannur Plant & Oragadam Plant) Tamilnadu in year 2018 by just sending employee out after extracting 28 years of work from age 21 ( spoiling their career by recruiting 10+2 , HSC candidates , without going college they all joined company), with no recourse due to limited labor law protections. As a result, his family, including dependent daughters, Sisters are suffering. Unfortunately, without sufficient funds, it is difficult for employees to fight such injustices. Refer my featured posts in my profile. Total employee cheating by converting worker to management staff Rs.1120 lakhs Appx, due to Corona stopped further sending out. All +2 workers are sent out in VRS with low amount, around 200 employees for each there is 25 years service more. Totally 374 crores profit by sending them out. They have 25 companies why don't tranfer there. Because they don't want union. They want to fire employee anytime. Currently, private companies have the discretion to hire and fire employees at will, which often places workers in a vulnerable position. This stands in contrast to the protections and privileges extended to government employees. I humbly urge you to consider this issue and explore possible reforms to ensure fair treatment and security for private sector employees and get back cheated amount ₹56 lakhs from reputed south Indian Tamilnadu employer. employer and justice for others too.
