There are hundreds of experienced and accredited mediators available! We will need many of them at different levels as the future of SA is negotiated. Parties will need to learn how to approach negotiations in an interest based manner too. #mediate #conflictdynamics
Connecting and coaching business owners who want to use their business as a restorative force in society.
So… negotiations for forming a new South African government are underway. If only there was someone available to mediate, who was an expert at bringing people with different ideas, backgrounds and desires together to achieve one goal. Someone with a history of winning against all odds, consistently, when it really mattered and against immense opposition. Someone who brings more South Africans together than anyone else… Does such an individual exist? Is there a doctor in the house? ❤️🇿🇦🙏🏻

Celebrating Somaliland’s Democracy: A Beacon of Hope in Africa As Somaliland marks over three decades of democracy, it is a moment of immense pride to reflect on our nation’s journey of seamless transitions of power. Six presidents have taken the mantle of leadership through peaceful, democratic processes—a testament to the strength of our institutions and the will of our people. In a region often challenged by political instability, Somaliland continues to shine as a model of governance, accountability, and unity. This legacy is not just about politics; it’s about the collective effort of every Somaliland citizen who believes in the power of the ballot and the rule of law. As we look ahead, may we continue to nurture and safeguard this democracy for generations to come. Somaliland’s story is one of resilience, progress, and hope—an inspiration not only for the Horn of Africa but for the world. #Somaliland #Democracy #Leadership #Pride #PeacefulTransitions

🏛Our parliamentary debut: ‘Leaders of Great Britain’ 🦾 Our CEO and Co-Founder LEANNE ELLIOTT-YOUNG was honoured to be invited to parliament for a celebration of C-Suite individuals, LEADERS OF GREAT BRITAIN 🇬🇧 🏆 A night to honour and bring together the world's greatest leaders and minds, championing inspirational guidance and professional growth. 🌐 When the directors at Leaders of Great Britain reached out, it was within a continually disheartened and saddened state with the play of uk politics, from the Gaza genocide, (dropped my team members at the Palestine March en route) to Rishi’s continued appalling incompetence and uncompassionate directions towards the citizens of this world - the Rwanda project a perfect example of disgusting and generally embarrassing behaviours. 🥀 She heard live from #LordBlunkett, former Home Secretary, on the push back on the Rwanda bill, and of his phenomenal work to push for more basic rights, I left feeling that more people who care about society should step into politics… As we grow IoDF, we want to make sure we are pushing for new legislation that puts people and the planlet first, as well as building a business that delivers this. How can we build a parliament beyond the elected set of gross privileged fools? #LeadersOfGreatBritain #ParliamentaryDebut #ProfessionalGrowth #LeadershipCelebration #InspiringLeaders #PoliticalInsights #GlobalLeadership #LeadershipJourney #SocialResponsibility #BuildingABetterParliament #LeadershipDevelopment #PoliticalEngagement #SocialChange #GlobalAffairs #AdvancingSociety

As we look ahead, let us remember that political leaders are transient, but Pakistan is eternal. Therefore, supporting a political leader is a matter of choice, but loyalty to Pakistan is a duty. By fostering unity, promoting accountability, and embracing dialogue, we can pave the way for a stable and prosperous Pakistan. The contributions of overseas Pakistanis, as exemplified by the incredible remittance inflows, serve as a beacon of hope and a reminder of what collective effort can achieve. https://lnkd.in/gK3Q2Gu7

As the momentum builds in the lead up to SIDS4 with the theme ‘Charting the Course Toward Resilient Prosperity’, the Pacific Islands High-Level Conference organised by the IMF with the theme ‘Charting the Course Towards Shared Prosperity’ was a moment where H.E the Prime Minister of Fiji in his opening remarks emphasised that in a complex global scenario of geopolitics competing for own interests, the Pacific nations share a collective interest to charter their region - the Blue Pacific as an ocean of peace with shared prosperity. A region of peaceful co-existence and friendship. The Pacific family. To live by values reflecting peace. Without peace, development progress and economic prosperity are not achievable. This moment, is indeed, a clarion and defining call by the Pacific that peace is essential for inclusive and resilient prosperity.

lThe maiden declaration of President-elect Basiru D. Faye tonight is very reassuring for Senegal and the sub-Region. Among many key policy considerations, I share his view on the imperative to render ECOWAS more relevant for today"s circumstances. This will require urgent fundamental reforms to better serve and respond to the dynamic exigencies of community citizens. I also share his view for urgent reforms of institutions of State, and in particular ensuring institutional autonomy and neutrality. The imortant issues of public finance and equitable distribution of national resources are also key. His primary task now is to reunite the nation and to restore the balance. Campaigning is over. It is time for the most difficult task - governance. I wish him and his Team success. Back home in The Gambia, the challenges we face are not insurmountable. The capacity of our indomitable resilience far exceeds the tenacity of the current tempest. It demands the cultivation of a new reinvigorated sense of purpose, collective commitment to deliver, exorcising negative partisanship from our body politic and concertedly zeroing on attaining transformational milestones on critical national priorities. Above all, political will is a sine qua non. To facilitate success, we must also learn to work together, appreciating each other and building each other up, using diversity as source of strength and not destruction. We shall triumph. May God Bless the Republic of The Gambia!
