🌟 Embracing the Power of Wellbeing in 2025: Setting Small Steps Toward Big Goals 🌟 As we embark on a new year, let's prioritise our mental and physical wellbeing with a fresh perspective in mind. The journey ahead may seem daunting, but by setting small, achievable steps toward our larger goals, we can pave the way for lasting success and fulfillment. When it comes to setting goals, it's important to break them down into manageable tasks. Each small step taken brings us closer to our main objective, creating momentum and reducing overwhelm along the way. By setting specific, achievable milestones, we gain a sense of progress that keeps us motivated and focused on our ultimate goals. Equally important is to remind ourselves of the purpose behind our goals. Understanding the "why" behind our aspirations provides a deep-rooted motivation that sustains us during tough times. It's this sense of purpose that fuels our perseverance and resilience, allowing us to push through challenges and stay on track, even when self-doubt creeps in. So, as we step into 2025, let's commit to setting small, actionable steps toward our goals and to always keep our purpose in mind. By doing so, we empower ourselves to overcome obstacles, stay focused, and ultimately achieve our aspirations, creating a year filled with growth, resilience, and personal triumph. Here's to embracing the power of wellbeing and purpose as we journey through the new year! #Wellbeing #GoalSetting #NewYear2025 #Resilience #PurposeDrivenGoals #PersonalDevelopment #MentalHealthMatters #HR

At Wightways, we wholeheartedly embrace the World Health Organization's powerful definition of health: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." This holistic view is more than a philosophy—it’s a blueprint for thriving, both individually and collectively. When people feel balanced, strong, and fulfilled in all areas of their lives, it impacts their personal lives and their workplaces. Supporting complete health can be transformative for organisations: employees who feel physically well, mentally resilient, and socially connected bring energy, engagement, and creativity to their roles. The ripple effect of holistic well-being means lower absenteeism, higher productivity, and a positive workplace culture that benefits everyone. Let's work together to redefine health and well-being for a more resilient and successful workforce! #Wightways #HolisticHealth #WellBeing #WHO #WorkplaceWellness

Very interesting survey and one I recommend completing as this is an important issue. Read all the details first, not certain where the data is going, but felt the survey was addressing valid wonderings.

Are you asking the right questions? 🤔 You might want to take another look... When developing benefits surveys, we need to be wary of limiting the options. If we want real, actionable information about what our workforce needs, we need to put it all on the table. Especially when it comes to novel or uncommon benefits, employees may not even think to mention significant pain points, assuming that they are outside the scope. Take Milk Stork for example. A decade ago, when polled about their needs, how many corporate moms would have cited breastmilk shipping as a desired benefit? Was there a need? For those women, absolutely. But it was also a very niche problem that was relevant to a very specific demographic. 🔑 The lesson: nothing is outside the scope. If you can pinpoint the problem, solving it will pay for itself when it comes to performance, engagement, and retention. So take an extra minute, and take another look. Sometimes asking the right questions makes all the difference, and can move the conversation in an entirely unexpected direction 💡 #benefits #health #wellbeing #sleep #employeeengagement #HR #DEI #womeninbusiness --------------------------------------- ✨ I'm Kelsey LeBlanc 💤 I am a Pediatric Behavioral Sleep Specialist, providing consultation, corporate wellness events, and custom benefits programs I write about performance, well-being, entrepreneurship, and of course, sleep!
