The real question is, is a short-term boost in revenue worth the potential impact on your profits? 👉 Here are 3 things to consider before offering a discount this season: ✔ The Margins: If your profit margins are already slim, offering discounts can hurt more than help. Only offer deals that won’t erode your bottom line or devalue your brand. ✔ The Audience: Are your customers bargain hunters, or are they willing to pay for quality and value? We launched a seasonal campaign. Right after it started, we noticed: "Engagement rates spiked, and sales surged." The reason we saw this was: We tapped into current trends and holidays that resonated with our audience. Even though our budget was modest. We couldn't be sure, but we knew aligning with seasonal interests would capture more attention. And it worked. But here's what we did: We researched what our audience cared about during different seasons. Could be holidays or cultural events, didn’t matter. Weeks went by: And we saw consistent results. Meeting (and beating) our targets. We aligned our marketing with seasonal trends and delivered relevant content. So here’s my take: Businesses shouldn’t overlook the power of seasonal campaigns. Because leveraging these trends isn't just a tactic. It's a strategy that connects with people on a deeper level and drives results. As long as you stay relevant and timely, what else matters?
