Every chance I get to talk about New Process, I take. 🤓 Two weeks ago, I was invited to speak about New Process at the Q.Event of Babtec Informationssysteme GmbH in Essen. So, I shared my thoughts on how to get people excited about processes: By applying the New Process Principles, by implementing the New Process Life Cycle, by rethinking processes. — And I have to say that it was pretty cool to stand in front of such a big screen. 🫢 But of course, there were also some cool and interesting topics and people I met: - Martin Dr. Pfiffner and Sebastian Bräuer with a thought-provoking presentation on the third dimensions of organizing an organization based on the Viable System Model - Markus Reimer with an inspiring talk on “Chancenchancen” - Opportunityopportunities - Dagmar Henkel and Caterina Feld on step stones for leadership - Jean Marcel Haupt and Katrin Stratmann with insights into the latest tool developments of Babtec So, thank you, Lutz Krämer, Nadia Elena Putzmann and the whole team, for this great opportunity to share my purpose, to let the community grow a bit, and to get more people excited about processes. 🚀 #NewProcess

This video takes me back to my first days at imbus. Although imbus AG was well-known in their operational areas since 30yrs from now, imbus Peja as a branch was not as popular. My initial strategy was to invest in marketing before networking. I believe that a strong media presence attracts attention and showcases your company's vision. Anyway, I am a business-oriented person and therefore I care about how others perceive behavior, ethics, speech, products, services, and overall company prestige. This approach directly affects how you appear in marketing content too. There is no doubt that psychology and empathy play a significant role in ones perspective. A better understanding of these disciplines shapes a mindset for a better decision-making and concise communication. Whenever I want to communicate a message via visual, I train myself to ask better questions as an end user. Probably that's why others label me as "mother of: not so impressed phrase 💁♀️ ". Back to video; While watching this short video, you can notice that despite the promotion of services, people came together for a common cause. They may be QA specialists or software developers, but together they are imbus Peja's Dreamteam, joyful, friendly, trustworthy, sustainable, responsible... Today, more than 50 companies joined Whisper Aero for its inaugural Supplier Summit at its headquarters in Crossville, Tennessee. The one-day event provided an exclusive opportunity for suppliers to connect with the Whisper Aero team, meet engineers working on ultra-quiet, ultra-efficient propulsion, and receive the new Supplier Handbook. The summit attracted companies specializing in batteries, motors, power electronics, metallics, composites, and engineering polymers. Patrick Brew, part of the Whisper Aero team organizing the event, emphasized the importance of building stronger connections with both existing and new suppliers. “This event is about finding better ways to connect with our supply base,” said Brew. “We want to get to know them better, explain where the company is heading, and what partners we need. By having everyone at our facility, we can share more information than via Zoom or phone calls.” The summit aimed to address all markets Whisper Aero is involved in, including defense (DOD), aerospace, and consumer products. The company has engaged with a wide range of suppliers, from experienced aerospace quality providers to those focused on affordability. Ian Villa, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Whisper Aero, highlighted the strategic importance of the event. “It’s exciting to bring both big and small players together. It’s about building the best possible product with the right strategic partners. Sometimes that means working with large companies with vast resources, and other times it’s about smaller teams that match our pace and mindset.” For companies that missed the application deadline, Whisper Aero plans to make the Supplier Summit an annual event. Villa added that companies can still reach out for a supplier handbook after the event.
