Getting feedback from participants after a training session is a great way of assessing impact and success. Feedback is essential in determining the training outcome and its impact on the participants. When feedback is used constructively, it becomes a cornerstone for enhancing future training sessions, ensuring that they are more impactful and aligned with participants’ expectations. Skilling up effectively involves a combination of strategic planning, continuous learning, and practical application.

I am conducting another Continuous Improvement (CI) workshop in July 2024, and I want to give the learners a whole new experience of learning about CI. I wondered if I would pick up anything if I sat listening to the facilitator talk about CI all day. The simple answer is that I will probably pick up the sleeping bug. Just as I did when facilitating Project Management Fundamentals for a local agency, I am committed to constantly updating the materials for our CI workshop. This ensures they remain relevant and valuable, enhancing your learning experience. Thus, I am working towards incorporating experiential learning into those CI concepts through activities that require everyone's participation.
