In your quest for better and more, don't forget to appreciate and be grateful for what you have at the moment. No matter how your current circumstances are,we all have something to be grateful for,to give or to appreciate. 🪷A kind word or compliment can go a long way in brightening up a soul. 🪷Encourage someone who has lost hope. 🪷Give a hug or high five. 🪷 write a note of appreciation 🪷 give someone a lift 🪷share a book that changed your life 🪷help an elderly cross the road 🪷offer someone in a queue to go first 🪷 bring a homemade snack for colleagues 🪷pray for someone,be present. There are infinite ways to make the world a better place for one another. A candle looses nothing by lighting another. spread love, joy and kindness. it's the little things that make a huge difference in our world. Remember, what you put out there will always come back to you.

Gratitude is the foundation of meaningful growth—what you nurture thrives. But here’s the key: gratitude isn’t just a mindset; it’s a catalyst for action. Start by capturing moments of appreciation. Whether it’s using a daily gratitude journal like Reflectly or Journey, or simply putting pen to paper, the tool doesn’t matter—consistency does. Take it a step further with AI. Tools like Notion AI can transform your reflections into actionable frameworks for personal and professional growth. The magic happens when gratitude extends beyond you. Share it, live it, and lead with it. When gratitude drives action, it evolves from a personal practice into a ripple effect that inspires others. Lead with gratitude, act with intention, and let the ripple begin. That’s how true influence grows. 🧡

Take a Deep breath and be grateful for what you do have versus what you don’t .. then use that seed of gratitude to grow a framework of it and then and only then can you start to effect others and inspire others instead of ask or demand of it 🧡🧡🧡🧡

so true.... make yourself beautiful permanently by focussing on the way you speak and behave....
We say thank you to strangers for small favours, could we feel the same gratitude for beautiful relationship we already have✨ Feel gratitude for whatever we have, don't feel it's responsibility of that person in relationship, it's favour be grateful✨ We have done/achieved everything that society called success, still feel emptiness whenever we are alone✴️ Being alone is our true nature accept it✴️ We could elude it with each other in relationships and keeping us busy✴️ Aloneness will keep catching us whenever we detached from external environment like society or relationships✴️ We need someone else to say to us you are wise, you are beautiful/handsome✴️ Our Creator has already does this already accept it✴️

Practicing mindfulness can significantly enhance your focus and reduce stress. A practical tip is to start your day with intention, focusing on being present in each activity without distraction. Also, Recreational rest is just as important as a good quality sleep. Take some time this long weekend to enjoy the beauty of nature ☀️.
As we navigate through our busy lives, let us not forget the importance of taking a deep breath and enjoying every moment. Let us be present and mindful, and grateful for the time we have been given. For as the saying goes, time waits for no one. So let's make the most of each and every day, and appreciate the beauty and blessings that each moment brings. Thank you, God, for another wonderful day. 🙏 Write-up: Amer Kayyal ✍️
