However, given it's based on historical data with potential biases due to context of the historical data, the use of AI in other areas of life would need to be managed with caution. Else, its use will be counterproductive and the consequences devastating. Very interesting!

6moAI bias in recruitment and / or promotion for example can lead to ethical implications, discrimination, and limited diversity in the workforce.
