Here are my "Whys" to turn off your negative complaints. ❓ Why do you want next Friday and Saturday to come, why do you hate Monday? ❓ Why do you so much want your days' path so quickly so you can enjoy your Friday? ❓ Why don't you enjoy each day? ❓ Why are you rushing your day? ❓ Why don't you take an opportunity that each day gives you? ❓ Why don't you use each day to do what is important to you that you were delaying for so long? ❓ Why don't you start to create something that you wanted for so long by using each day and each time that is given to you? ❓ Why are your days similar to other days and why don't you do something different? ❓ Why don't you use every new day to change your habits that don't serve you? ❗ Stop hating your days, start using them in a way that serves your goals, aspirations, and dreams, that future you that you always want to become. ❗ Stop complaining! Take a long bath( 1 hr+) Reconnect with each body part (add scented candles and soft music for maximum effect). *No drugs/alcohol please* - Rest means Body, Mind and Soul. 2. Re-visit previous week's goals. Tick off those achieved and carry forward the incomplete. - Tracking reduces anxiety and gives you a chance to try again. 3. Visualize all the great things you expect to happen during the week and let the anticipated victory energize you! - Keep the faith alive. 4. Read or Listen to motivational content from your favorite Mentors/Coaches. - Feed your soul. 5. Plan your expenditure ahead of time and leave room for miscellaneous. Happy Monday beautiful humans 🫡 Who could use a little self esteem to sprinkle into their Monday...? Good. Because what if instead of fighting with the different parts of ourselves, we could learn to embrace them...? Healing and stepping into your highest and best self isn’t becoming the best version of yourself. It’s about loving the worst parts of yourself. What are these micro judgements you make about yourself throughout the day? Here's some of mine: 🙃 I interrupt 🙃 I can be defensive sometimes 🙃 I can feel resentful Then we reframe them: 'Sometimes I have judged myself for _____ but the truth is I _____.' We use the phrase 'Sometimes I have judged myself for' because it is the first step in reframing the belief, it makes it less absolute. Let’s have a go with my examples: 🫡 Sometimes I have judged myself for interrupting, but the truth is I get really passionate and excited, and I love that about me. 🫡 Sometimes I have judged myself for being defensive, but the truth is I learnt how to protect myself to stay safe, and I am working hard to now create a life that feels safe. 🫡 Sometimes I can feel resentful, but the truth is I didn’t learn how to express anger properly, and whilst I am working on that, I am still worthy of love.
