Are you feeling overwhelmed with tasks and deadlines? As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve discovered that organization isn’t just a skill, it’s your secret to being on top of your game. Here’s how I stay organized: 📍 Prioritization: Organizing tasks by importance and urgency is essential. My current favorite tools to do this are the Eisenhower Matrix, Notion, and Asana. 📍 Work in bits: I break down complex projects into smaller, manageable tasks to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Ambiguity is my biggest stressor, but working in bits helps me to crack the code. 📍 Streamline your workflow: Automating routine tasks is a game-changer! I save lots of time using Calendly and Zapier to keep things running smoothly. 📍 Keep it simple: Find a system that works best for you and stick with it.
