Yesterday started our 5 week leadership training in Blake House to empower Y12 to step up into Y13 and become the role models that are so important to build a fantastic boarding house culture. February is National Youth Leadership Month, aimed at encouraging young people to take on leadership roles in their communities. In addition to attending our program every week, students can also opt-in to our Delegation leadership program. Delegates receive additional workshops in effective communication, active listening, goal setting, media training, and more. Delegates also get to travel and represent Reality Changers at community events.
