Disheartened but Determined: It's disappointing that in a major city like Karachi, where living costs are constantly rising, the entry-level administrative positions—such as those in my field—are being offered at as low as Rs. 25,000. It’s disheartening to see that the value placed on such critical roles does not reflect the dedication, time, and effort required. I want to address this message to the HR professionals and departments out there: when we undervalue such roles, we inadvertently discourage talent and growth within our industries. It is being observed from six months it is almost impossible to get the job in any private organisation in Karachi especially through proper channel viz like previous years why it is?? 4-5 times visit in any single organisation and keeping the photocopies of all documents ( aur poochne pur bhi koi reply nahi ) would we understand that HIRING MANAGERS are only collecting data of the candidates and further waiting 2-3 months what rubbish??? Dear HR"s nobody has free time to visit any day or any time which you decide are we stupid? Despite delivered detailed CV by email to Mr. HR's but however candidates have to fill up cv details at the time of interview. we are collecting data we bring to light on social media, I have been myself experiencing for many months. Dear all HR/Recruiters/Hiring Managers in Karachi for God sake if you don't want to hire candidates in 2nd meeting/Round, please it should have been replied in yes or no. We request you not to keep the prospective candidates in hanging condition that they would wait the whole life of the resulting call. We have received a lot examples from our professional colleagues and job applying candidates in six months from facebook and social media some companies are in Karachi Sharai Faysal and Korangi industrial area which they are playing role such like that i have spent more than 20 years in the Financial/Professional field i have never seen ever before.
