Congratulation to The National Kenaf and Tobacco Board for the successfull event. It brought together all the player. Persidangan Kebangsaan Industri Kenaf 2024. Hibiscus cannabinus know as Kenaf. A plant in the family Malvaceae also called Deccan hemp and Java jute. The strong collaboration between the government, researchers and industry facilitates the transition from research papers to local product including construction products from Kenaf plants that can be utilised by community. Some of these products are already available in the market with improvements at high temperatures. Research is needed and ongoing to enhance the potential explore other features.
