Time for trial getting close

As most people will know, the NCC 2025 public comment draft has been released. It can be found here: https://lnkd.in/ggjZb3ZH I encourage everyone in the Drymix mortar, concreting, waterproofing, tiling and screeding industries to consider the proposed provisions for Part F1 in Volume 1 very very carefully and make comment if you believe it is necessary. While the basic principle is, of course, sound, I feel that there may be many unintended consequences. The devil here is in the detail.

We need to adhere the concept we needed to be consulted as resource suppliers and workforce that we were equal various stakeholders that land grab for commercialization of Rupert’s Land (railroads, real estate and telegraph companies. We need to rethink our strategies and approaches to fighting for proper Truth and Reconciliation. Last week, a significant slip occurred at Kauri Tree Corner on State Highway 1 over the Brynderwyn Hills, where NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi teams have been actively working to stabilize the slope. The event was captured in a striking live video, showing the hillside continuing to move, with a substantial amount of material falling on April 30.
