Community ownership model for clubs that helps them to grow local investment and community outreach. Love to see a club with a unique and clear vision for stability and growth through player development and community ownership. Worth a read, as could be a model that is effective in Oceania & Asia. ⚽️💰🤝
A deep dive demystifying Andretti Global’s failed F1 bid is just one of the topics covered in this week’s edition of the Business of Motorsport Roundup. I also look at how one race team was forced to withdraw from a series after the sanctioning body refused to approve their primary sponsor, the future of the Norisring DTM street race and legal analysis of two controversial F1 collisions. All this and much more in the Business of Motorsport Roundup on Motorsport Prospects. What are the Educational, Health, or Economic Benefits to these Players and their Families for that kids uncompensated participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events.
The answer is ZERO!
These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also above the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement?
Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses these Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families!
This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations?
We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this Antitrust exploitation of our young (mostly minority) FB & BB Players' labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.
💡 I usually avoid using sports metaphors in business, but this time I’ll make an exception💡
This video is a great reminder that, no matter what your role in the game is, the most important things are: 1) Always deliver an exceptional level of professionalism, regardless of your career stage; 2) Never lose sight of the big picture; and 3) Strive to find the right balance between speed of execution and quality, every day.
Gonçalo achieved all of this in just 3 seconds by quickly putting the ball back in play, making a decisive move that helped his team score the winning goal. 👏
"RACING INTEGRITY HANDBOOK":
The IFHA has released this resource for all racing jurisdictions, clearly defining good practices within racing integrity - it's advisory/guidance structured, rather than prescriptive - a crucial reference template for all global racing administrators.

In F1, many of the teams aren’t aiming for first place. Each team has its own goals based on many variables. Not everyone is pursuing the same goal, even though they might be on the same track.
We also don’t know the struggles and pressures others are bearing.
In F1, first place receives 25 points. This clip shows Alex Albon’s first time getting 1 point, in 10th place with Williams. You would have thought they won the race if you didn’t know better.
Assume others are doing the best they can.
Give others the support and space to navigate their own race.
Be there to celebrate their milestones and victories.
