Project Soli is a special technology created by Google. It uses a small radar chip to detect hand gestures, allowing people to interact with their devices without touching them. This technology is very precise and can detect even the smallest movements. The first device to use Soli was the Pixel 4 smartphone, which came out in 2019. With Soli, users could do things like skip songs or silence calls just by waving their hands. However, in recent years, we haven't heard much about Project Soli. Google hasn't used it in any new devices since the Pixel 4. In 2021, they made an API for Soli available to the public, which might mean they're hoping other companies will start using the technology.
