A unified and well-structured statement must be issued by all relevant industrial associations, MSMEs/SMEs bodies, businessmen, and industrialists to effectively communicate a strong opposition to the e-auction method for industrial plot allotment. The aim is to highlight the negative impact of this system on small and medium enterprises and to propose a more supportive alternative. The e-auction system significantly inflates the basic cost of land, often doubling or tripling the expense. This disproportionate increase in land cost results in the exclusion of small industrialists or forces them into debt from the outset. Such financial burdens are counterproductive to the growth and sustainability of small and medium enterprises, which are crucial contributors to the country's GDP.
