Food is fuel, you know. So if you put good food, food in your body, the fuel would be good. I mean, if you eat too much sugar, you'll be tired. You know, if you, if you eat the right foods, you eat the right vegetables, you have the energy to perform. I mean, as athletes, we have the energy to perform every day, night in, night out. It's so important. So we have to make sure what we're putting our body is good. So the fact that we also abide by the same rules that we're telling the kids to abide by, you know, eating your whole grains, lean proteins and making sure that you only take what you need and not wasting too much food and really open their eyes to something that they didn't know about. So I'm glad that we were able to do that.
