TIP #33 - We need more referrals. I hear it all the time..But so many people / companies aren't 'Referrable" my first book was on how to make yourself Referrable. No one can sell your product or service better then you. It is big part of our program now, making it company wide philosophy. Not just the sales department. One can not refer you or your company effectively without a basic concise message. Perhaps that means literature they hand out or pass along.
