The devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina is immense. With many people stuck in place due to destruction and without water or electricity, our neighbors across the Carolinas require aid. For those seeking ways to help, we'd like to highlight and vouch for two local organizations accepting donations to support those in great need. The first is a sightseeing helicopter tour owned by a couple running supply drops from the downtown Greenville airport to the Western NC area. 💔 14 Families in Crisis: Homes and Cars Lost, Lives Disrupted 💔 Want to help? https://buff.ly/3BttUbv Hurricane Helene has left deep scars in our community, and the effects are personal for us at Operation PAR. 14 of our staff—the very people who work tirelessly to serve others—are now facing unimaginable hardships. Some have lost their homes entirely, with much of their personal belongings destroyed in the flooding. Others no longer have vehicles, making it nearly impossible to get to work and care for their families. These are moms, dads, and children now left to rebuild from nothing. Their homes, their comfort, and their stability have all been swept away. Now, we have the chance to help them rebuild.
