Great Initiative Sir, I believe it's important to understand both the Hybrid and Remote work models. In my opinion, both models are essential because people have different priorities and goals. Some prefer to simply get the job done and get paid, while others strive to become experts in their fields. Ultimately, both models are aimed at achieving a work-life balance, which is crucial for every individual. Choosing between the two models depends entirely on the employee's life circumstances. When it comes to productivity, I believe that a dedicated and creative mindset is more important than the physical location. As a fresher, I don't have much experience in the corporate world, but I have gained some understanding from a couple of remote roles I have done. I would be happy to learn more about this topic from more experienced employees.
