This new building will total 115,000 SF and will be used for offices. Heads up for those in Flemington! GDOT will be activating a new signalized intersection this Wednesday (August 7th) at the intersection of US 84 and Old Sunbury Road in Liberty County. This signal is among the final elements of the Department’s operational improvement project which encompasses the realignment of Old Sunbury Road and Old Hines Road and US 84 turn lanes. This $5.6 million project at Flemington Curve will enhance safety and improve mobility at this busy intersection. **Drivers are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through the area. A great project showcasing CONSOR Engineers capabilities with complex bridge design. This 1200' long bridge is being constructed in a remote region of California. The two piers within the valley are 230' tall and are founded on a 60'x60'x9' thick monolithic slab supported by 36-inch CIDH piles. Spanning 400 feet above the South Fork of the American River, the Mosquito Road Bridge in El Dorado County, California, is an ambitious bridge engineering and construction feat. This 1,200-foot-long balanced cantilevered segmental structure will support both everyday traffic to the local Swansboro community and emergency response to the wildfire-prone region. Our team is the prime consultant for the bridge design, which must balance safety, access, and environmental stewardship within this steep, sensitive canyon ecosystem.
