Missed connections cost money—$60k to be exact. Our footwear client fixed this with one tool. Klaviyo loses track of returning visitors due to their 7-day cookie expiration, essentially treating them like strangers. That’s lost revenue, plain and simple. With Signal, we identify those returning visitors and drop them back into the right flows, picking up where they left off. No missed opportunities. No starting over. Just a seamless customer journey that for H Footwear, led to $60k in extra sales. Here’s the bottom line: If you don’t know where your customer is in their journey, you’re leaving money on the table. Identifying and engaging them at the right time is how you unlock real revenue. Remember, it’s not about more tools—it’s about using the right ones to connect with customers when it matters most.

Marketers listen up: Youth aren't just buying products anymore. They're investing in experiences. Think about it. A pair of shoes? It's not just footwear. It's an adventure waiting to happen. A concert ticket? It's more than a few hours of music. It's memories made. Here's the secret: Understand their desires. They're looking for stories to tell. Moments to share. Transform your product into an experience. Sell the journey, not the item. Tips to get you started: 👇

Half of your neighbours are already using these products, and you've probably accidentally even twinned with them! I'm talking about the products from Zudio, a fast-growing fashion chain by Tata Group! It's crazy how it's grown so rapidly in the recent years! Here's how this giant captured the market share: 1. Low pricing I love how their products have premium quality but are affordable to the common masses. Talk about the range of footwear, especially! 2. Keeping up with trends Anything new and latest in the world of fashion? It'll have you covered. You'll find the cutest and the trendiest pieces here. 3. Diversity It has become synonymous with everything fashion. From socks to pants, you get everything there. Clothes, make-up, footwear, accessories, skincare, and what not? They have Everything. 4. Organic traction It's price point and collection are such that it has become a consumer-funded business, and every influencer has become their evangelist. 5. Target audience Well, they cater to literally everyone. From kids to adults, you'll find products from all categories. 6. Inclusivity They prioritise consumers and launch contests and activities to make sure that they can participate. For example, there was a contest where you could upload a picture with any of their outfits and get featured at one of their outlets! 7. Steady growth Slow and steady it is! Since 6 years, it has only grown incrementally with no rush and losses. 500+ stores in 160+ cities across India! That's strategic expansion that every business needs to learn from! Hence, three pillars that helped it flourish: bridging the gap, innovation, and right positioning! What's your favourite product and marketing strategy from their growth?

If you're a footwear brand & you're not using microsites, you're leaving money on the table. Microsites are like a storefront with the perfect sales assistant inside that tailors the experience to each customer who walks in. The best part? You don't need to be an ecommerce giant to do it. Create engagement-driving microsites that: 1) Promote exclusive collections 2) Provide detailed product information 3) Educate consumers on how to use your product Microsites help create a highly relevant and personalized shopping experience that most customers crave. They allow your brand to compete on a level playing field, even if you don’t have the resources to build a full-fledged ecommerce store. So, if you're not leveraging microsites, it's time to step up your game! Here's how Olukai is using microsites to make their events more profitable https://lnkd.in/gTWJcXvE

Improve CVR for your apparel collections using DPAs. - Get a data feed tool if you don't have one already. - Set a trigger for when a product is almost out of stock, remove it from the data feed automatically. - This way if a product in your collection is about to be sold out, it doesn't cause frustrations for your buyers if they can't buy it from your ads. This should help improve your conversion rate by over 10%. But it depends on how many low stock SKUs you have, the more you have the better this will work for you. Follow me for more tips to scale your apparel & footwear brands.

👉 Allbirds creates thoughtfully designed footwear that combines comfort, quality and style. 👟 Excited to introduce our valued customer, Allbirds Korea! As an Allbirds fan myself, I have to say, I’m loving wearing their shoes. 😃 Allbirds is renowned for its simple design, comfort, and commitment to sustainability. However, shoes aren’t typically replenished often, which created a need to customize their existing flows. Their goal was to encourage first-time customers to make repeat purchases and to reach a broader audience. Want to see how Retentics helped address Allbirds’ needs? Check out our case study for all the details! 🧑🏻💻
⚡️Retentics Unplugged Ep. 5⚡️: We’re happy to introduce Allbirds Korea, your destination for stylish, comfortable, and sustainable footwear! 👟🪽 Allbirds is a brand that creates shoes inspired by nature, and their shoes are well known for their simple design, comfort and sustainability. Our client, Allbirds Korea, is this brand’s local branch in Korea.🪽 What brought Allbirds to Retentics as the solution to their needs? 🤔 Shoes are typically not replenished frequently. So Allbirds’ mission was to encourage first-time customers to place repeat orders and for this optimize their email flows. With Retentics, Allbirds shifted to a more proactive approach to engaging buyers: First, by first using the Replenishment flow, they expanded the number of recipients reached. Secondly with the First Purchase Bounce Back Flow, which integrates Retentics’ logic of recommending the most suitable items for customers’ next purchase after their initial transaction, even more personalized messages became possible. 👏🤸♀️And Allbirds saw significant success as a result of these efforts! After implementing flows with Retentics AI, Allbirds experienced a 117% increase in conversion value and a remarkable 999% growth in total email recipients. 📈 We’re about to update new success stories for you, so stay updated! 🧑🏻💻👍
