Well said! I was told as a young manager to remember that “you don’t work with widgets! everyone is someone’s parent, sibling and/or child.” It’s hard to remember when you’re under the gun, or someone is letting you down, but these words have helped me keep humanity and compassion in mind.

Dignity in the workplace fosters a sense of safety for employees, leading to improved well-being and productivity. Ultimately, it's a win-win for both individuals and companies.

Dignity-conscious leadership is the foundation of trust and respect in any team. Small actions like listening, acknowledging contributions, and leading with empathy can create a lasting impact. Simple yet powerful!
