How often do we see this play out? Success brings admiration and acknowledgment, while failures are quietly pushed aside or abandoned. How much potential knowledge and innovation are lost when we fail to embrace our mistakes? As a leader, how are you shifting the narrative to celebrate both success and failure? #Leadership #Failure #HAVENHumanAssets

As a leader, we often face the challenge of knowing when to let things go versus when to stand up for what is right. A recent quote struck a chord with me, making me ponder this question deeply. "When is enough just that... enough?" Let's reflect on this together. #leadership #reflection

I love this reminder from Melodie that not being the smartest person in a room is not only okay but it's actually a GOOD thing. I think that as leaders, we often feel the need to have all of the answers. However, this just isn't realistic-- we are bound to have our blind spots. However, when we are willing to put ourselves in positions where we are surrounded by people who know more than us, we are able to identify and address these blind spots. This is what a #GrowthMindset is all about. What holds you back from learning from others? #Leadership #LeadershipDevelopment #Growth

"Continuing to live a life of character requires ongoing reflection, brutal honesty, and the courage to do the right thing. As leaders, we must recognize that sometimes restoring good character after making bad decisions takes time, intentionality, and effort. It's not just about what we do in the good times but how we rebuild and grow in the face of our own shortcomings." #leadership #leadershipfirst #humanresouces Found this valuable? "So, I was chatting with a dear old client of mine. I was curious and asked him about the most valuable lesson he's learned through his journey as a CEO. With a thoughtful look, he shared that the most crucial thing was not to wait too long to part ways with those whose goals don't align with the company's direction. He said that often, these people will naturally move on, but sometimes, as a leader, you're faced with the tough decision to help them on their way." #CEOInsights #Leadership #GoalAlignment #CompanyDirection #ToughDecisions
