In today's video, we invited engineer Yang to demonstrate the complete testing process of packaging the EPS underfloor heating panels using the four-side PE film wrapping machine which we delivered to Europe. We purchased some underfloor heating panel samples from the local market for testing purposes. During the testing of the third package, there was a situation where the push plate did not push. Don't worry, I will explain in detail at the end of this video why this happened and how to resolve it. The purpose of the test is to show the operation of the machine under continuous working conditions. However, due to the limited number of underfloor heating panels, to achieve eight package continuous tests, we used four packages of EPS small packages on site. The test content is to package four packages of EPS underfloor heating panels and four packages of EPS boards respectively. Here we go. The size of the underfloor heating panel is 1220mm X 820mm, and the thickness of a stack is 400mm. The size of the EPS board is 1000mm X 500mm, and the thickness of the stack is 600mm. Details of the eight packages: Package 1: Underfloor heating panel Package 2: Board Package 3: Board Package 4: Underfloor heating panel Package 5: Board Package 6: Board Package 7: Underfloor heating panel Package 8: Underfloor heating panel Because the width of the PE film is longer than the width of the EPS board, and the EPS board is not well aligned, it is impossible to give a perfect test result, but it does not affect the entire testing process. The following is a detailed testing process. During the testing process, because the EPS package was manually placed, so we requested the package be close to the right position of the roller conveyor. There are three sensors lined up. As shown in the video, when the EPS package is sent to the push plate position, due to it is not placed properly, the EPS package can not touch the signal of the photoelectric sensor, and the pusher plate cannot receive the signal, so the next pushing action cannot be performed. After being manually set right, the signal is sensed and the next action can be carried out.
