We've been preparing to open for 20 days. Yes, you read that correctly. We had a little setback 20 days ago when we realized we needed more permits to officially open our doors in Amsterdam Bijlmerplein. Although our teams prepared the opening perfectly and did their jobs incredibly well, we just couldn't open at that time. But today was the day! The weather was nice, the people were in a great mood, and we had an amazing opening day. We may have had our longest line of people yet, all eager to try our bowls. Thank you for making this such an incredible day as we opened our second location in Amsterdam and our 45th restaurant overall.
