😎 Lessons you can learn from top women in business. 😎 In view of Women’s Month, I would like to celebrate women in business particularly in Kenya who are making remarkable strides. There was a time when women were responsible for the downfall of other women because of jealousy and envy. However, I would like to encourage you to receive inspiration and motivation every time you see a woman breaking glass ceilings. This is because you can not become what you despise. Success is not achieved through jealousy but through a clear vision and a clear understanding of what is possible for you. Let’s begin. 1, Terry-Anne Chebet She is the perfect example of women who turn challenges into opportunities. She started Keyara Botanics when her daughter was diagnosed with eczema. When she couldn’t easily get access to skin-care products, she decided to start a business that offered the solution for a need she was experiencing. Today, Keyara Botanics is a leading skincare business that many women are benefiting from. Your next business idea is hidden in your frustration. Don’t run from it. Address it. 2. Joan Mwangi She just wanted to pay her bills. Many people start businesses with great vision and understanding of what it could become. However, one of the most inspiring parts of Joan’s story is that she just started. She put one foot in front of another and learned what she needed to know along the way. Decades later, she is an inspiration to us all. 3. Waceke Nduati Last but not least, we have Waceke Nduati who started Centonomy after her previous business collapsed. This is truly encouraging because many women carry the identity of failure and never find the courage to start again. Today, Waceke Nduati is at the forefront of leading a financial freedom revolution that thousands of people have benefited from. The main take away is this- start and keep going. If somehting does not work. Start something new and learn the lessons you need to learn along the way. Happy Women’s Month! Which 3 women in business in Kenya inspire you? Comment down below. I would love to hear from you. #womensmonth #womenforwomen #womenempowerment #womeninbusiness #womeninleadership #lifecoachforwomen #lifecoachkenya #celebratingwomen

🌟 Empowering Tip for Women Entrepreneurs from the @Money Midwife Building a supportive community is crucial for growth and success, especially for women entrepreneurs. Here's a tip from Chyanne Hodgson to foster a vibrant network: Create a Shared Space: Establish an online or offline platform where like-minded women entrepreneurs can join. This could be a private Facebook group, a LinkedIn community, or regular meet-ups. The key is to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing experiences, asking for advice, and celebrating wins. Remember, the strength of a community lies in its diversity and willingness to uplift each other. Chyanne's mission is to build a network where women can all thrive together! 💪 #WomenEntrepreneurs #CommunityBuilding #Empowerment #BusinessNetworking

A refreshing conversation with Nazia Jabeen Abanti. She makes a good example of how voluntary services and mentors can help us find a job. She is also a great example of how competencies trump skills to succeed in today’s workplace. If employers find staff with the right competencies, they don’t hesitate to invest in training them for skills.
Happy Women's Day 2024! Inspire inclusion! A rendezvous with Nazia Jabeen. Nazia, a thriving Bangladeshi Canadian woman, has carved her niche in a profit-based private company in Canada. Her journey underscores the importance of both skills and competencies in achieving success in today's dynamic workplaces. November 19: National Women’s Entrepreneurship Day in Canada Today, I celebrate the women turning dreams into action. As an entrepreneur I know the resilience it takes to overcome challenges and build something meaningful. My journey with JamaFaceBeauty and empowering others has shown me the power of women entrepreneurs to create legacies, inspire change, and uplift communities. To all the women forging their own paths: I see you, I celebrate you, and I honor your strength. Let’s continue to rise together. #WomensEntrepreneurshipDay #WomenInBusiness #Resilience #Empowerment
