😎 Lessons you can learn from top women in business. 😎 In view of Women’s Month, I would like to celebrate women in business particularly in Kenya who are making remarkable strides.  There was a time when women were responsible for the downfall of other women because of jealousy and envy. However, I would like to encourage you to receive inspiration and motivation every time you see a woman breaking glass ceilings. This is because you can not become what you despise. Success is not achieved through jealousy but through a clear vision and a clear understanding of what is possible for you. Let’s begin. 1, Terry-Anne Chebet She is the perfect example of women who turn challenges into opportunities. She started Keyara Botanics when her daughter was diagnosed with eczema. When she couldn’t easily get access to skin-care products, she decided to start a business that offered the solution for a need she was experiencing. Today, Keyara Botanics is a leading skincare business that many women are benefiting from. Your next business idea is hidden in your frustration. Don’t run from it. Address it. 2. Joan Mwangi She just wanted to pay her bills. Many people start businesses with great vision and understanding of what it could become. However, one of the most inspiring parts of Joan’s story is that she just started. She put one foot in front of another and learned what she needed to know along the way. Decades later, she is an inspiration to us all. 3. Waceke Nduati Last but not least, we have Waceke Nduati who started Centonomy after her previous business collapsed. This is truly encouraging because many women carry the identity of failure and never find the courage to start again. Today, Waceke Nduati is at the forefront of leading a financial freedom revolution that thousands of people have benefited from. The main take away is this- start and keep going.
