While the demands can sometimes be overwhelming, I remind myself that customer service is an exchange of energy, ideas, and solutions. My former boss always emphasized the importance of taking a moment to breathe and recharge when needed. “If you’re tired, take a minute, vent if you have to, then return with a smile,” she would say. There's nothing quite like seeing the smile on a client’s face at the end of our interaction. I firmly believe that until a customer is satisfied, we are not fulfilling our duty to them.
