Clyde Naval Heritage (HMS AMBUSCADE/PNS Tariq) SCIO Charity No SC052802

The amazing sight that is Greenock's Customs House Quay, this historic site where many left for the new world, where many great ships were built nearby. This will be the home for the arrival of HMS Ambuscade/PNS Tariq in Scotland in 2024. We are already working with local community groups, including the Inverclyde Muslim Community Group and the Inverclyde Trust, both organisations are offering support to play a part in making this site a success for the people of Greenock and beyond. local authority officials from Inverclyde Council, have been very positive in meetings so far, where we have presented our plans. This positive dialogue has now been conveyed to the river authorities at Clydeport. Thanks to Steven McIntosh of H.A.W.K. Drone Services for the amazing image and his cooperation. Please visit our webpage to learn about how you can support this latest addition to the heritage of the Royal Navy, coming to the Clyde. www.clydenaval.co.uk #memorialwall #sponsorship #yarrows #branding #baesystems #cunard #QE2 #Canberra #Falklandstaskforce #42ndanniversary #merchantnavy
