Time to Reflect: A November Reset November is a perfect time of the year to pause, reflect, and prepare for the year ahead. As we move towards the end of 2024, it’s the ideal opportunity to conduct a strategic review of our lives. Take a moment to look back on the year. What have you accomplished? What were your highlights and lowlights? Did you achieve the goals you set for yourself? If not, what obstacles hampered your progress? Celebrate your successes, no matter how small. Did you launch a new program, start a new hobby, or simply master a new skill? Reflect on the challenges you faced. What did you learn from them? How can you apply these lessons to future situations? Identify the strategies and habits that contributed to your successes. What can you replicate in the coming year? Analyse the areas where you fell short. What could you have done differently? How can you avoid making the same mistakes in the future? Consider how you’ve spent your time and energy this year. What activities or relationships drained your energy? How can you minimise these in the future? Did you use your time wisely? Were you able to maintain a healthy work-life balance? Did you set healthy boundaries? Did you say no when necessary? Reflect on your alignment with your values and goals. What activities brought you joy and fulfilment? How can you incorporate more of these into your life? Where did you feel out of sync with your true self? What steps can you take to realign? Now that you’ve reflected on the past year, it’s time to set your intentions for the future. What are your goals for the next year? Be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. What are your top priorities? Focus on what truly matters to you. Make time for self-care activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul. Practice mindfulness to stay present and reduce stress. By taking the time to reflect and reset, you can enter the new year with renewed focus, energy, and clarity. Remember, the most important thing is to be kind to yourself. Embrace the journey, and enjoy the process of growth and transformation. #SelfEmpoweredLifestyles #EmpoweredClothing #DressWithIntent #ThemeOfTheWeek #TimeToReflect

Day 48 Health Goal Journey Making Life What We Choose It to Be “We are not given a good life or a bad life. We are given a life. It’s up to us to make it good or bad.” This quote resonates deeply with me as I reflect on the journey of personal growth, health, and mindfulness I’ve embarked on this year. It’s a powerful reminder that life is a canvas—and the strokes we paint on it are entirely our own. The Power of Choice Life isn’t about what happens to us; it’s about how we respond to it. While we can’t control every circumstance, we can control: • Our mindset: Choosing positivity even when faced with challenges. • Our habits: Building consistent routines that nourish our mind, body, and spirit. • Our actions: Taking steps that align with our values and long-term vision. Turning Challenges into Opportunities This year has been full of lessons—some easy, others hard—but they’ve all reaffirmed one thing: growth comes from embracing both the good and the bad. Whether it’s health struggles, professional hurdles, or personal relationships, every situation presents an opportunity to create something meaningful. Making It Good For me, “making it good” means: • Prioritizing my health by staying committed to mindful practices like sound bath meditations and nourishing nutrition. • Building deeper connections with loved ones and saying yes to meaningful relationships. • Working towards my personal and professional goals, step by step, with courage and passion. We hold the pen to write our story. Each day, we get to decide if we’ll focus on setbacks or step forward in faith, determination, and gratitude. Life isn’t inherently good or bad. It’s a neutral gift—one that gains color and meaning based on the choices we make and the actions we take. Let’s commit to making it a life filled with purpose, health, and joy. How will you paint your life today? #MissionVisionPassion #MVP #Epigenneur #GowHuiYian #HuiYianGow #CourageAndPassion #LeBlueprint #CareerMapping #Wellness #MindfulLiving #LifeChoices #PositiveMindset #GrowthJourney #PurposeDrivenLife Women of the World (WOW) Tiat Leong ANG 👨🚒 Sam Pang Boon Kuang HAN 🧲

Hey everyone, I wanted to reach out to my public platform regarding a topic that has been on my mind for a while now. I'll start with this: how many of us find ourselves endlessly scrolling through social media? It’s so easy to get sucked into the feeds, but what if we used that time to practice gratitude or dive into a good self-improvement book instead? Here’s why I think it’s time to make a shift: Social Media vs. Reality: Social media can create a false sense of connection, often leaving us feeling more isolated. While scrolling, we might see the highlights of others’ lives, making us forget the wonderful things happening in our own. Taking a break and reflecting on what we're grateful for can help ground us in reality and remind us of our own blessings. Time Well Spent: Imagine if we dedicated just a fraction of our scrolling time to reading self-improvement books. There are so many great resources out there that can inspire us, teach us new skills, and help us grow. A good book can spark new ideas and change our perspective in ways a quick social media scroll never will. Building Habits: Instead of mindlessly scrolling before bed, try swapping that screen time for 10 - 15 minutes of reading, or jotting down things you’re grateful for. Not only will this promote better sleep, but it will also create a habit of positivity and growth that can carry into your daily life. Finding Balance: We don’t have to completely ditch social media, as it can be a great tool for connection and information. But finding a balance is crucial. I think it is past the time that we become intentional about our time online and remember to make room for self-care and personal growth. So, how about we challenge ourselves to put down our phones and pick up a book or a journal instead? A little shift in focus can lead to big changes in our mindset and well-being. What’s a self-improvement book you recommend or something you’re all grateful for today? Let’s all share and genuinely inspire each other. #SelfImprovement #Gratitude #Mindfulness #PersonalGrowth

Please read ✨ Life can get overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling the demands of a healthcare career. But these four habits have been game-changers for me, helping me find balance, joy, and purpose. Here’s how they transformed my life and how you can make them work for you too! 1. Regular Exercise Why: Boosts my energy, makes me feel good about my body and keeps stress away. How: About 30 minutes a day or more —whether it’s a yoga session, a brisk walk on my commute or playing badminton with friends… The key? Finding what you love and sticking with it! 2. Positive Mindset Why: It shapes how I perceive challenges, opportunities and more globally life. A positive mind attracts positive outcomes. Vex King explains this very well in one of his books. How: I start each day with 3 positive affirmations and make an effort to give a smile to everyone as I walk into my hospital in the morning. Remember, the little things matter! 3. Daily Gratitude Why: Focusing on what I’m grateful for elevates my perspective from lack to abundance, making every day feel fulfilling. How: After doing exercise, I think of three things I’m grateful for or spend 5 minutes meditating. It’s a small habit with a massive impact! 4. Monthly Reflection Why: Looking back on the month helps me understand what’s working and what’s not, so I can adjust and grow. How: At the end of each month, I set aside time to reflect on my goals, challenges, and wins. This simple practice has helped me stay aligned with what I truly value and want from life. ✨ I wrote a series of positive affirmations - Comment ‘GRATEFUL’ and I’ll send it to you ✨ You can also DM me if you would like the title of the book I mentioned above :) #LifeHacks #HealthcareHeroes #MindsetMatters #GratitudeAttitude #ReflectAndGrow

Tap into your inner strength intentionally by discovering, unlocking, and maximizing your potential to fulfill your purpose and increase your wellness for optimal success from the inside out. You have power without limits. Play with the possibilities and open yourself to the opportunities that await you. Believe in your strength and the power that you possess within. As you start your week, I would like you to consider being intentional in how you show up and what you accomplish this week. Robert, how do I do that? I’m glad you asked. Be intentional. What do you want to be, do, or have? Write it out. Be clear, specific, and detailed, and attach positive emotions and feelings to it. Such as gratitude, thankful, happy, excited, and love. What does it look, feel, or sound like for you? What are your goals for the week? Are they SMART goals? Are they Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-specific? Now revisit, redefine, and review your goals this week. Goals are about how we show up to become the person that accomplishes or achieves the goals. It’s all about being. Being present, being intentional, and being aware of the power and strength within you. Let me know your results.
