Didyou know that digital printing and embroidery are two popular techniques used in the lawn fabric industry to create beautiful and intricate designs? Digital printing involves using a computer to directly print the desired pattern onto the fabric, resulting in vibrant colors and detailed designs. On the other hand, embroidery adds a luxurious touch by sewing thread into the fabric to create raised patterns and textures. Understanding these techniques can help consumers make informed choices when selecting lawn fabric for their projects. Next time, consider the type and quality before making a purchase. #unstitchedelegance #yousafcloth #summer2024 #summerlawn #Summerunstitched #madewithpredisai

𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 👇 There's a number of different personalisation methods that can be used: screen printing, heat sealing and embroidery. At Knights, when personalising workwear we opt for either embroidery or heat seal techniques. But we’re often asked about screen printing as people want to know how it differs from heat seal and which is best. 𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧... 👕 With heat sealing, each item can have a different design without the need for expensive setup changes. Whereas screen printing requires a separate screen for each colour in the design, meaning that the costs of set-up can be prohibitive for one-off printing or small volumes. 👕 Detailed, high-resolution designs are possible with heat sealing, including fine lines and small text. What’s more, there are no colour limitations with the technique. 👕 We’ve also found that the heat-seal method produces durable results that keep the wearer looking smart and professional. Before you invest in workwear make sure to research the print methods used and ensure your workwear will look high-quality. https://lnkd.in/ggaH_eyx T-Shirt Logo Printing | Making Your Mark in Style Before diving into the world of t-shirt logo printing, it's essential to start with the right canvas – the t-shirt itself. When selecting t-shirts for logo printing, consider factors such as fabric quality, color, style, and fit. Choose high-quality fabrics that are comfortable, durable, and suitable for printing, such as cotton or cotton blends. Additionally, consider the intended use and audience for the t-shirts to ensure that the style and fit align with their preferences and needs. #tshirtlogoprinting #customlogotshirtprinting

When you just shouldn’t rely on spellcheck and auto correct! We had a fabulous day yesterday at an industry trade show where we met suppliers old and new. Talking to a potential new supplier – a global household name, who I won’t mention and I’ve blanked out the name on the photo to save more blushes. They proudly handed over their sample pack and beautifully presented brochure. This thing, with the samples embedded within the brochure truly was a thing of beauty and will have cost a fortune to produce. Just a shame they didn’t get the content checked properly before pressing the print button. Slap bang top of page one – Tampon printing, and for those of you not familiar with the different techniques available this should be TAMPO printing. It is a printing process that transfers a 2D image onto a 3D object using a silicone pad. Absolutely nothing to do with feminine hygiene……….

🎥Watch the video! Let our manager-Bonnie walk you through two widely used techniques for marking and decorating custom machining parts—LASER ENGRAVING & SILK SCREEN. What are the differences between them? In previous videos, we have talked about some details about laser engraving, which we often apply for marking custom patterns on the surface. The depth that it can reach is around 0.5 mm.⚙️ What is SILK SCREEN? It is a printing process where ink is applied through a mesh stencil to create bold, colorful designs. It's a perfect choice for printing larger, simpler logos or graphics on flat surfaces, especially when multiple colors are needed.📯 Compared to laser engraving, it is not as durable as laser engraving and easy to be removed. But it’s a cost-effective option for high-volume production.🔧 Get confused about choosing the best choice for your project? We're always here to support you.💪 Get an instant quote?
