We're frequently pitted against one another, fighting for individual interests and agendas. However, this approach only leads to fragmentation and harm. Instead, we should adopt a mindset of fighting for each other. This means: 1. Supporting and uplifting fellow individuals 2. Advocating for collective well-being 3. Embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity 4. Encouraging open communication and empathy When we fight for each other: 1. Communities strengthen 2. Relationships deepen 3. Social justice advances 4. Personal growth accelerates By shifting our focus from competition to collaboration, we can: 1. Break down barriers 2. Heal wounds 3. Foster resilience 4. Build a brighter future As Mahatma Gandhi said, "Our ability to reach unity in diversity will be the beauty and the test of our civilization." Let us join forces to: 1. Stand up for marginalized voices 2. Protect vulnerable populations 3. Promote equality and justice 4. Celebrate our shared humanity Together, we can create a world where everyone thrives. Let us fight for each other, not against each other.

SUCH A TIME OF EXISTENCE-WE MUST BECOME COGNIZANT The awareness of the environmental atmosphere is in total disarray and kayos. A meticulous strategy for civility, freedom, and liberation is a must for ‘We The People’ to continue in existence to survive, and to be safe and protected. In reflective mode I surmise that ‘We The People’ of faith should be concerned about those who say so much; of what God says so little about; while saying so little about what God says. Therefore, in my heart, I am concerned, troubled, and somewhat worried about the vehicle faith being used by some to serve up hate, fear, racism, and greed. Especially, when it comes to the subject of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Equality. My mindful thoughts of consciousness during such experiential encounters hold a strident focus on the Biblical Passage: “The Repairer Of The Breach” {Isaiah 58:12} “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places; thou shall raise up the foundations of many generations, and thou shall be called The Repairer Of The Breach. The restorer of the path to dwell therein”.  Thus to say it out loud and make it plain, The process is to rebuild the long deserted ruins of the community, city, and neighborhood, and The Repairer Of The Breach comes to be known as,” The People Who Rebuild The Walls in the Cities” Such Civil Mindfulness Becomes the goal of justice in Democracy. Allowing all to stand together as a revolution of value to grasp and embrace ‘Right vs Wrong’. Which serves as a time to revive the heart of our Democracy, and renew the justice and criminal system. Then at this juncture, the narrative of proclamation can be: “We Are The Revision For The Healing of the Democracy of The Land In Conclusion, this shows a measure of efforts to ‘Fight For Peace’ This shall provide restoration for safety and protection, Thus fighting the NRA to eliminate the Gunfire Weapon AR-15 Rifle that shall save lives in the community of the cities. What is Racial Healing? Racial healing can be defined as the process of acknowledging, addressing, and reconciling the deep-rooted racial wounds, divisions, and disparities that exist within a society. Racial Healing promotes dialogue, dismantles systemic racism, builds equity, and develops authentic relationships capable of transforming communities and shifting our national discourse. It recognizes that the journey towards racial equity and justice requires acknowledging and addressing historical and ongoing racial injustices, while also promoting healing, reconciliation, and long-term systemic change. Silence in the face of hardship is a dangerous stance, particularly for those who are seemingly comfortable now. When the privileged remain silent, they inadvertently support the perpetuation of inequality and suffering. Hardships faced by others, whether economic, social, or political, can destabilize society as a whole, eventually affecting even the most comfortable. Furthermore, silence erodes the moral fabric of a community, fostering an environment where injustice thrives. Speaking out and taking action are not only acts of compassion but also of self-preservation. By advocating for those in need, we build a stronger, more resilient society. Remaining silent in comfortable isolation neglects our shared humanity and undermines the principles of fairness and justice that benefit everyone in the long run.

Really appreciating this quote from Hahrie Han, and the idea that the potential of our democracy, and the way we negotiate differences within it, stems from relationship. Amongst other things, relationships are about rupture and repair -- a commitment to repair whenever there is a rupture. Without relationship, we seek rupture against a "them" to make a small "us" feel stronger -- and we don't care about repair. Or we cancel the other because of a perceived rupture, whether it is real or not. It is too easy to descend into what Amanda Ripley would call "high conflict" when we are not in relationship, and it is impossible to accurately imagine/understand the complexity, needs and values we share with others if we don't really know them. For these reasons, we need local institutions and infrastructures to intentionally, thoughtfully, and sustainably foster *connection across differences*. In our sorted world, it is not enough to simply foster connection. Neither is a one-shot, cross-group bridging intervention enough to meaningfully alter cultural patterns and norms. It is time to think innovatively about how to institutionalize relationships across difference in our local communities. Thoughts?
