#FROMEXPERIENCE: "WHERE IS THE POST FOR TODAY?🧐
Having spent time in the digital corridors, I know the drill: every holiday, there’s a demand for another “Happy This” and “Happy That” post. It's October, so someone must have been pushed to do a “Happy Cancer Awareness Month” post, as odd as it sounds.
This ritual of #holidayposting has become routine, hollow and tiring. I don't believe the audience cares about hundreds of similar-looking posts on their feed.
My take, #Fromexperience: Instead of blindly checking off the "holiday post" box, ask yourself:
1️⃣ Does this align with our brand?
2️⃣ Does our audience actually care about this, or are we just adding noise?
3️⃣ Do we have a unique way to be part of what our audience cares about?
If the answer is 'no" don’t force your way into every conversation; silence is the loudest statement of all.
But if you do choose to engage, #makeitcount.
