Exciting times for the Esade Healthcare Club! 🚀 Our recent trek to Basel was an incredible learning journey, visiting industry leaders like Novartis, Bayer, and Clariant. In Novartis we gained insights on how to build a career in the healthcare sector and translate our capabilities into valuable assets for the industry. Bayer's discussion with the heads of consumer health was enlightening, focusing on a patient and customer-centric strategy that truly stood out. Our trek concluded at Clariant, where the organization leaders shared their stories and the role of chemicals in the pharmaceutical industry. Alongside these company visits, our journey also featured an Esade Alumni event centered on AI in the healthcare sector, highlighting the pivotal role of AI in shaping the future of healthcare. Grateful for these enriching experiences and looking forward to applying these learnings to our career journey in the healthcare sector.
